The Nutrition Manager program is delivered by Blackboard-based online learning. You will acquire the knowledge and skills required for a career in nutrition management such as menu planning for clients with medical and physical conditions. You will be introduced to food service safety legislation and guidelines, which will serve as foundational knowledge to the coordination of food service production at the organizational level, including kitchen and service management, financial management, and human resources management.
Learners enrolling in this program must be working at a supervisory level, or have access to the required supervisory work experience in the food service industry.

Academic Requirements
• High school diploma with credit in English 30-1 or 30-2 or equivalentOR:
• Successful completion of the General Equivalency Development test (GED) with a standard score of 520 in Language Arts: Reading and Writing
