Human Resources Certificate – In-Class Or Online (115 Hours)
This part-time program introduces you to Human Resources functions and processes. Study the terminology and legislation that apply to Human Resources, explore organizational structures, behaviour of groups and individuals during change, and learn about the processes of attracting, retaining and developing staff. Topics include HR management systems, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, compensation and benefits payroll, employee relations, health and safety, and training and staff development.

• Introduction to Human Resources Administration (25 Hours)
• Employee Recruiting and Selection (25 Hours)
• Compensation and Benefits Administration (20 Hours)
• Introduction to Organizational Behaviour (45 Hours)
Each course qualifies for 15 renewal credits for CHRP designation.
